Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Easy Prep...Ready in 1/2 Hour

1. Rub tenderloin with olive oil
 

2. Season with Meat or Pork Rub

     (We have several to choose from at M&M)
 

3. Sear in hot skillet until brown on both sides
 

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 Minutes or internal              temperature of 150 degrees.

     (for extra flavor, top with a garlic & butter spread)

 

5. Let stand 5 minutes: Tenderloin should be light pink

Stuffed Chops Recipe

 

1. Place Stuffed Chops in a pan
2. Add 1 cup of water to Cream       of Celery Soup
3. Pour Mixture over Chops
4. Cover with foil and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1&1/2 hours
       (uncover last 1/2 hour)
      Simple and Delicious!

   Parmesan Garlic Chicken

1. Mix 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 envelope Good Seasons             Italian Salad Dressing & 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder.
2. Moisten 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves with water & coat         with cheese mixture.                                
3. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked                 through.
5. For a golden appearance, set oven to broil after chicken is cooked and       broil for 2-4 minutes until golden brown.

                                          Makes 6 Servings

Stuffed Breast Recipe

 

1. Start with M&M's Stuffed Chicken Breasts                 
2. Place Stuffed Breasts in a pan                                    
3. Add 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup               mixed with 1/2 can of water.  

 

4. Cover Pan with foil & bake at 350                           degrees for 1&1/2 hours

 

                  Simple and Delicious!

    

Jim's Quick & Easy

Chicken Stir-Fry

1. Start with M&M's Marinated Boneless Chicken Breasts.       
2. Cut into Bite Size Cubes.                                                    
3. Preheat Skillet with Butter or Margarine.                              
4. Add Chicken                                                                       
5. Cook on High Heat 5-7 minutes - Stir Constantly                 

Great With Rice or Noodles

 

Pork Roast Recipe

1. Start with M&M's Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Roast       
2. Season roast with:  1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp of salt,
      1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder,
      1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp grd red pepper
      (makes enough to season a 2-3# roast)
3. Rub mixture over entire roast (for more flavor,                    
      keep roast in refrigerator over night.)
 4. Cover Pan & cook for 1/2 hour per pound at
      350 degrees       
5. Uncover & Broil for last 5 minutes                                      

 

Jim's Quick & Easy
10 Minute Sirloin Tips

1. Start with M&M's Marinated Sirloin Tips (6-8oz. per person)
2. Preheat Skillet with Butter or Margarine.                               
3. Add Marinated Tips.                                                            
4. Cook on High Heat, Stir constantly.                                      
5. Cook to Medium doneness in 5-7 minutes                             

Serving Suggestion: Great with Noodles or Minute Rice

 

Italian Style Lite Chicken

1. Roll Boneless Chicken Breasts lightly in
    Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs.
2. Place in baking dish and cover with Italian Lite dressing.      
3. Bake (covered) at 350 degrees for one hour.                      

                                Simple and Delicious

 

Spencer Steak Sandwich Recipe

1. Have individual Spencer Steaks tenderized &
      seasoned at M&M.
2. Place in broiler for 7-10 minutes on each side.   
3. Top with a slice of green pepper, onion, and
     provolone  cheese.   

                     Makes a Great Tasting Sandwich!

 

Italian Sausage Recipe

1. Place Sausage in a pan                                               
2. Pour Mids or Ragu Spaghetti Sauce over top                
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours.                         
(Covered with foil for 1st hour--uncovered for the remaining time)  



                    Stuffed Steak Recipe

1. Place Stuffed Steaks in a pan                                              
2. Add 1 can of water                                                            
3. Pour Heinz Homestyle Brown or Mushroom Gravy over top
4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1&1/2 hours   

Simple and Delicious!



Italian Style Cube Steaks

1. Dip cube steaks in 50/50 mixture of eggs and
      Italian Dressing
2. Roll in Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs                         
3. Brown both sides in hot oil                                                   
4. Bake (Covered) at 350 degrees for one and
      a half hours          
5. Serve with a dash of lemon                                                  

Note: This same recipe works great for
City Chicken, Pork Chops, and Sirloin Steak

 

Stuffed Turkey Rolls

Ready in only 30 minutes

1. Place Turkey Rolls in pan                                                        
2. Cover with 1 can of cream of celery soup and 1/2 can
     of water, mixed
3. Cover with foil                                 
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
                      Quick, Easy, and Delicious

 

BBQ Beef Roast

1. Place 4-6 lb. English or Rump Roast in Roasting pan  
2. Cover with 1 can of cream of chicken or 
3. Pour 1 cup of bottled BBQ Sauce on top   
4. Sprinkle with one envelope of dry onion soup mix 
5. Cover and Bake at 350 Degrees for about 2 1/2 hours or
     until tender
6. Enjoy as you would a roast, or shred & make 16-20
     sandwiches

1. Bake Ribs at 325 degrees for 1 Hour
2. Pour off excess fat
3. Add your favorite BBQ sauce.
4. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours
